Sampson Ahi – Member of Parliament

The constituency was created prior to the 2012 elections and has since remained a safe seat for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) with the current MP winning all parliamentary elections held.

Honourable Sampson Ahi won the 2020 election polling 13,621 representing 48.0% of the valid votes cast.
