The seat is within the Gomoaman Traditional area and shares boundaries with Gomoa East and Gomoa West Districts and Agona West Municipal all in the Central Region of Ghana.

 

Election History

Naana Eyiah – Member of Parliament (NPP)


The constituency was created in 2012 and the first election was won by the NDC but changed in 2016 with NPP winning the parliamentary seat by 51.58%.
